摘    要:讨论了APD(Avalanche Photodiodes)最佳倍增增益特性,并在此基础上介绍了一种采用模拟温度传感器MAX6605实现APD最佳偏置电压温度补偿的方法.阐述了电路的主要设计要点,对电路性能进行了分析.实践表明,电路工作性能良好,各项指标均符合要求,达到了预期效果。

Abstract:This paper discussed the character of APD optimal multiplying gain. On the basis of the discussion, a method applying analog temperature sensor MAX6605 to temperature compensation of APD optimal bias was introduced. The major points of this circuit design were presented and to some extent the circuit performance was analyzed. The circuit was proved to perform well in practice and every quota met the requirements and achieved the expected effect.
