| 摘 要： | 首先应用三维弹性边界元方法对一鼓形齿联轴器的多齿接触问题进行了数值计算分析，然后在专用试验台架上作了相关实测研究．通过理论与实验研究，得到并验证了该鼓形齿联轴器在传递额定载荷的条件下，一啮合区内其实际接触齿对数的数值；并为该领域的深入研究奠定了一定基础．

| Abstract: | The multi-tooth contact of the crown gear coupling b y using 3-D BEM was calculated and analyzed. Some researches relative to actual m easurement on a specially designed test bed were carried out. By theoretical and experimental research, the number of actual contact teeth was obtained and prov ed. This article lays foundations for further researches in this field and for t he establishment of elastic mesh principle. |
