| Abstract: | The parametric-model-based intelligent forecasting, the cognitive pattern of human experts on forecasting and intelligent choice of forecasting models are studied. A parametric-model-based intelligent system developed is described. This system has been used in the forecast of annual tax revenue of Jiaxiang County in Shandong Province. |
