摘    要:针对现有三维CAD工具在自底向上产品设计建模方面存在的不足,提出了自顶向下的特征建模方法,包括六个层次,即功能层、概念设计层、装配层、零件层、特征层和B-rep层.在概念层设计上,用三维约束系统建立了自顶向下的设计环境,提出了以特征为核心的信息模型解决方案,形成了一套完整的特征造型系统.运用面向对象的分析、设计方法,初步实现了一套面向自顶向下设计过程的三维CAD原型系统.

Abstract:Aimed at the drawbacks of bottom up product design process in traditional 3D CAD tools, a top down 3D Feature Modeling method was presented. This method can be outlined as six layers like function, concept, assembly, part, feature and boundary representation. In the conceptual layer, 3D geometric constraints were used to implement a top down design environment and a feature based information model was presented to form the integrity of the feature modeling system. The design process oriented 3D CAD tool prototype was implemented through the object oriented analysis and design method.
