| 摘 要： | 根据数据库结构设计原理和专家系统理论，研制了一种基于SYBASE的图书馆联机检索服务系统．它是一个在中国教育和科研网（CERNET）环境下运行的图书馆联机检索服务系统．该系统采用了当代IN－TERNET网上的信息检索技术，使用户能准确、迅速、简便且多方式地检索图书馆各种网络资源及图书流通信息，同时提供E－MAIL，FTP和TELNET等服务．

| Abstract: | According to the design principle of database structure and theory of the expert system, a library on-line retrieval service system based on SYBASE is developed. This system is to be run in in the CERNET environment. The information retrieving techniques used on the contemporary INTERNET have been adopted and the user is enabled to accurately, rapidly, easily retrieve various library network resources and information about the circulation of books and reference materials in multiple ways. E-mail, FTP and TEINET services are also available. |
