摘    要:本文用岩相分析和扫描电镜手段对破碎后的磨料内部结构和裂面形貌进行了分析,把裂面形貌区分为五种类型。利用矿物结晶学和断裂力学理论解释了磨料内部缺陷对磨料破碎过程及破碎强度的影响,相应五种裂面提出了五种破碎模型,并对磨料破碎的强度计算公式进行了讨论。

Abstract:The fragmenting wear of a grinding wheel depends on the fragmentation characteristics and strength of abrasive grains. The internal structure of abrasive grains and their fragmentized sections are investigated by means of petrographic analysis and a scanning electron microscope. It is seen that the abrasive grains are friable materials containing large numbers of cracks and intergranular voids; There are five different kinds of fragmentized sections,i . e.,uneven, quasi-conchoidal, smooth, con-choidal and hybrid ones. With the theories of Mineral Crystallography and Fracture Mechanics, the effects of the internal defects inside the grains on the fragmentation process and the fragmenting strength are explained. Five fragmentation models for five different kinds of sections respectively have been proposed. A formula for calculating the fragmenting strength of abrasive grains is suggested.
