氧杂环丁烷光固化动力学研究

摘    要:采用实时傅里叶红外光谱对氧杂环丁烷(OXT221)的光固化过程进行了动力学研究.在355 nm紫外光照射下监测981和827 cm-1两波峰吸收峰变化,得到单体转化率-时间曲线.通过研究氧杂环丁烷的光固化聚合机理,即从光聚合各基元反应的活化能大小的分析和多元醇促进阳离子聚合的活化单体机理的影响出发,揭示了提高光引发剂浓度、光强和温度可以提高转化率,而多元醇对单体聚合反应影响不大.

Abstract:Real-time Fourier tranform infraed spectroscogy(RTFTIR) technique was employed to investigate the photopolymerization of oxetane(OXT 221).The conversion of oxetane as a function of time was determined by monitoring the drop of the absorption at 981 and 827 cm-1 in FTIR spectra under 355 nm laser irradiation.Through analyzing the photopolymerization mechanism of oxetane,which includes studying the activation energy of elementary reactions of photopolymerization,and the influence of activated monomer mechanism on the cationic polymerization,it disclosed that,as the photoinitiator concentration,irradiation intensity and temperature increased,the conversion of oxetane increased,and polyol had minimal effects on the curing reaction.
