摘    要:介绍了静力隐式弹塑性有限元法的非线性方程组解耦的求解算法及一些关键技术,对汽车覆盖件多工序成形数值模拟问题进行了具体的研究,讨论了有限元模拟技术在板料成形中的应用。

Abstract:The decoupling algorithm of the static implicit nonlinear equations and some key techniques for sheet metal forming simulation were described. The simulation results of benchmark C about the multi operation forming given by NUMISHEET 2002 were presented and compared with the experimental results. The application of the F.E. simulation techniques to the processes of sheet metal forming was discussed.
