| 摘 要： | 研究了天然无定形石墨砂的化学组成、耐碾性、通氧和缺氧条件下的氧化特性，同时研究了水分及粘土含量对石墨砂型湿压强度和透气性的影响。结果表明，无定形石墨砂具有良好的耐碾性及抗氧化特性，是一种具有实用价值的新型铸造用砂。

| Abstract: | The chemical composition,the roll-resistance and the oxdation characteristics underconditions of abundant and insufficient oxygen of the crypto-crystalline graphite sand arestudied and the effects of water and clay contents in a mould on the green strength and vent-ing quality of the graphite,sand are investigated.The results show that the crypto-crystallinegraphite sand is good in roll-resistance and resistance to oxidation,proving that the graphitesand is a useful new moulding material. |
