摘    要:本文探讨了陶瓷铸型溃散性差的烧结机理,研究了陶瓷材料的化学成分和颗粒组成、粘结剂的加入量以及附加物的作用对陶瓷铸型烧结程度的影响.经试验提出了改善陶瓷铸型溃散性的工艺配方,研制了溃散剂,并经小批量生产验证,清砂效率显著提高.

Abstract:In order to deal with the shake-out of ceramic mold castings, it is first nee essary to understand the sintering mechanism. For this purpose, an investigation of the effect of the chemical composition and grain distribution of the ceramic material and the effect of the amount of binders and additives on the degree of sintering was carried out by scanning electron microscopy, polarizing electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction device. The microstructure of the mold, the residual strength of the mold after high temperature processing, and the final shake -out behaviour were tested under different tachnical formations and compared with each other. Some preferential formations with improved collapsibility are proposed.
