摘    要:建立了用于多种实用冷却装置的冷却模拟系统.对工程中常用的冷却装置提出了适当的处理方法.为了分析稳态过程,将制品分成许多薄层,层与层之间的传热采用有限差分法进行计算,对模具采用特解边界元法进行计算.多个工厂的应用实际表明,系统的运行速度快、计算精度高

Abstract:A cooling simulating system for the injection mold and many other cooling installations have been developed. A method capable of properly handling the general engineering cooling process is proposed. To study the steady state process, the product is divided into several thin slices and the finite difference method is used to calculate the heat transfer between slices. The boundary element method with special solution is used to calculate the heat transfer in the mold. Application in many works show that the operating speed of the system is high and the calculated results are accurate.
