摘    要:以基于非线性模型算得的最大响应为目标函数,以平衡位置处各轴承承受的静载荷为优化变量,导出了决定轴承最优安装位置,即各轴承中心的相对位置的优化计算方法.用于三支承大型发电机-励磁机转子系统的计算结果表明,通过优化可使转子系统的不平衡响应大幅度降低.

Abstract:The maximum unbalance response of a system calculated according to the nonlinear e-quations of motion of the system is taken as the objective function and the static loads acting on the bearings as the variables for optimization. A set of formulae for determining the optimal positions of the bearings,e. g. ,relative positions of journal centers with respect to the bearing centers is derived. The calculation result shows that the unbalance response of a rotor system with three bearings can be drastically reduced by optimization.
