高温超导陶瓷材料的实验研究

摘    要:讨论了高温超导陶瓷YBa2Cu3O9-x体系的研制方法,研究了各种因素对YBa2Cu3O9-x体系电特性的影响,通过X射线衍射分析及扫描电镜观测,确定了该样品为钙钛矿结构,并获得了零电阻为98K的高温超导陶瓷材料,它具有良好的抗磁性,同时,还探讨了烧制TlBaCaCu2Oy新体系的工艺条件,获得了零电阻为116.5K的Tl系超导陶瓷材料,该材料具有良好的抗磁性。

Abstract:The method for developing the YBa 2Cu 3O 9- x system of ceramics material with high temperature superconduction is presented in this paper, and the effect of all factors on its electric characteristics is also studied. By analyzing X ray diffraction and observing electrical scanning mirror, this sample is proved to be Ca Ti ore structure. A kind of ceramics material with high temperature superconduction is gotten. Its zero resistance is 98?K and diamagnetism is good. The technological conditions for calcining TlBaCaCu 2O y new system is researched. The ceramic material with high temperature superconduction of T1 series with zero resistance of 116.5?K is gotten and it has good diamagnetism.
