| 摘 要： | 用优化设计方法进行滚珠丝杠传动的设计，对设计的目标函数及约束条件进行了分析讨论。针对新设计及选用标准产品两种情况，提出了为达到最高传动效率的优化设计方法及计算程序框图，结果表明，该方法及计算程序不仅改变了过去设计只靠结构分析方法，而且可提高设计质量，缩短设计周期。

| Abstract: | An optimization method has been used in the design of teh ball screw drive. The objec-tive function and constraint conditions are discussed.The method is aimed at maximum driveefficiency and a program flowchart is worked out.They are applicable to either a new designor just to the choice of a suitable standard ball screw drive, The results of practice show thatthe traditional procedures by constructional analysis should be changed and the design qualityis improved with shorter tirne used. |
