非晶SmDyFeCo薄膜的制备和磁光记录特性

摘    要:研究了制备非晶SmDyFeCo薄膜的方法和它的磁光记录畴大小随记录激光功率P及记录偏磁场Hb的变化趋势,并与非晶重稀土-过渡族DyFeCo薄膜的磁光性能比较,得到了重要的结论:在非晶重稀土-过渡族DyFeCo薄膜中加一定量的轻稀土元素Sm组成四元非晶合金薄膜能使它的磁光记录畴直径减小,它可能成为未来高记录密度的新型磁光材料

Abstract:The preparation and magneto optic recording characteristics of amorphous SmDyFeCo thin film are studied. It has been found that the size of the recording domain of the film is smaller than that of the DyFeCo thin film. It is concluded that the SmDyFeCo thin film gives a higher magneto optic recording density and is likely to become one of the magneto optic materials for the next generation of magneto optic disk.
