Abstract:Pyrolysis characteristics of several kinds of coal and sewage sludge are investigated using an advanced TGA FTIR. The results of the experiments show that the evolution of volatiles in the sewage sludge is rapid and great at some temperature. Different mechanisms are needed to describe the kinetics of the pyrolysis of sewage sludge.
