基于PLC的列车给水监控系统

摘    要:分析了旅客列车给水监控系统工艺流程和控制要求,设计并研制了一种实用的旅客列车给水系统.系统共有26个直流输入开关量,16个直流输出开关量和2个扩展模拟量输入口.硬件采用60个I/O端子CPM2A型PLC,即CPM2A-60CDR—A.软件设计采用模块化程序设计,运用OMRON电气公司开发的与PLC相配套的CX—Programmer3.1编制清水池部分、水塔部分、管网部分三个模块单元程序.用INTOUCH组态软件编制整个工艺流程的设备状态,参数实时监控及友好的人机控制界面.用Delphi数据库编制大型旅客列车时刻表数据库.该给水系统各项控制指标达到了预定要求.

Abstract:The water supply working flow and requirements for control on passenger trains were studied. The practical water supply system was developed, which consists of 26 direct current switch inputs, 16 direct current switch outputs, and 2 expand analog inputs. Control hardware, CPM2A60CDR-A type of PLC, containing 60 I/O ports inside, was used in the system. Three modules for water pond, water tower and tube net segments were programmed by CX-Programmer 3.1; monitoring equipments states in real time and the parameters of working flow and friendly man-machine interface by INTOUCH; train timetable database by Delphi. The whole system has been checked and accepted, the desired requirements in the system being achieved.
