滚动直线导轨副的振动研究

摘    要:以滚动直线导轨副的静刚度研究为基础,运用力学知识建立了导轨副的动态微分方程组,并利用数值分析中的四阶龙格-库塔法进行了模拟运算,其结果由FFT集成分析软件包进行处理.同时,还做了有关的实验,以便与理论分析相比较,达到对其振动研究的目的.结论也有助于进一步的振动分析

The Vibration of the Ball Guide with Linear Motion
Abstract:The Static equations for force equilibrium of a ball guide system with linear motion and a set of dynamic differential equations are derived. The latter is solved by the 4th order Runge Kutta method, and the FFT software package is then used to process the results obtained. Various factors affecting the vibration of the ball guide are discussed. Calculated results are verified by tests.
