| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种与文献1]不同的实现图象锥形编码的方法。文中给出了最优量化器设计的方法和结果,讨论了用分块编码实现锥形编码的方法。计算机模拟实验的结果表明,重建图象可以获得1.2bit/pel的压缩效果,而且重建图象的质量是令人满意的。

| Abstract: | A new method for image conical coding is proposed, which consists mainly in the use of the averaging method for filtering the image. The computation is simplified and the results of prediction are found to be satisfactory. A method of designing optimal quantizer with the results is given and the method for realizing the image conical coding by block code is discussed. Computer simulation indicates that 1.2 bit/pel data rate can be achieved and the quality of image reproduction is satisfactory. |
