| 摘 要： | 通过分析模具设计和制造的特点，以及这两者之间的相互关系，提出了模具并行工程及ＤＦＭ的基本框架．介绍了一个面向注塑模和压铸模的ＤＦＭ系统及系统中的各功能模块，讨论了模具ＤＦＭ系统中的知识表达方法和推理模型及面向对象的建模技术．这些方法和技术已在注塑模和压铸模的生产中得到部分应用，取得了较好的效果．

| Abstract: | The
characteristics of mould design and manufacturing and the interactions are investigated. A
framework of mould concurrent engineering and DFM is proposed. A DFM system for plastic
mould and casting mould, as well as some function module of this system are introduced.
Some methods of knowledge representation and reasoning models in our DFM system are
discussed. The modeling technology in DFM system is also discussed. The approach is partly
applied to certain cast and plastic injection mould manufacturing company, and the good effect
is shown. |
