物质流、能量流与信息流协同的探讨及应用

摘    要:根据反映生产设备与环节特性的数学模型及能量与生产管理信息系统,对物质流、能量流与信息流的协同进行了探讨,并针对一个一般的工业企业建立了其数学模型。通过实际系统与仿真系统结合形成闭环的信息结构,在每个时间周期根据该时刻的信息流(已知的与预测的)对物质流、能量流进行最优协调,该方法能有助于企业合理使用能量与最优安排生产。

Abstract:With the help of the mathematic model of the product process and equipment and the energy and production information management system, the synergy among material flow, energy flow and information flow was studied. A math model for an ordinary industry enterprise was established. Within a closed information structure formed by actual and simulation systems, the optimum synergy among material flow, energy flow was discussed in every time period according to information of the instance (known or forecasted).
