PIV技术在双通道燃烧器出口流场研究中的应用

摘    要:针对双通道燃烧器普遍存在射流刚性差的问题,应用PIV技术对双通道燃烧器出口冷态流场进行测量研究,分析比较燃烧器出口不同位置加装楔形体条件下的流动特性,通过研究,找到既可以提高两股一次风的出口速度而增强燃烧器出口的射流刚性又不减小回流区大小的结构参数,以供实际燃烧器改造时参考。

Abstract:Aimed at the bad stiffness in the twin channel burner, the cold conditions outlet flow field of twin channel combustor was measured and explored by using PIV technology. The flow behaviors were analyzed and compared with cuneiform body added on different position of the combustor outlet. The structural parameter was obtained that can enhance the outlet velocity of the two strands primary airs and the stiffness of combustor outlet efflux without reducing the size of the inverse flow region. The study can be used for reference when rebuilding combustor in practice.
