| 摘 要： | 论述了新一代电网继电保护分析计算及管理一体化系统的设计思想，提出了该系统基于统一数据库平台和图形平台的系统设计，论述了统一图形平台中的一对象多图和图形平台移植性等关键技术问题，开发的系统对于实现继电保护相关分析计算以及运行管理的自动化和网络化，使继电保护工作的自动化水平迈上一个新的台阶具有重要意义．

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the idea of an integration of analysis, calculation and information management of the protection relays for power systems. The design of the system based on a unified database and a graphic platform was put forward. The key technical problems of the graphic platform such as making the graphic platform transplantable and providing more than one graphic representation for an object were discussed. |
