摘    要:以三年制高职园林工程技术专业为例,通过深入开展专业调研与分析,准确定位4大核心岗位能力培养目标的基础上,严格细化分解出14项基本岗位能力,并相应确定出51个典型工作任务。根据专业岗位能力要求与典型工作任务目标,合理设置4门专业核心课程及其27门专业支撑课程,从而探索构建了基于工作过程的园林工程专业核心课程体系。同时,针对其有效应用提出了合理化建议。
