摘    要:大学生在成长过程中接受挫折教育不足,导致他们承受挫折的能力普遍较低。高校挫折教育的实施,将有利于大学生对挫折的正确认知,激发学生自我心理保健;有利于大学生增强对挫折的排解能力,进一步提高心理承受能力,为大学生健康成长保驾护航。

Abstract:University students' insufficient frustration education in the process of growing up leads to the overall decrease of their competence to handle frustration. The implementation of frustration education in colleges and universities will bring about the following benefits: to help university students form correct cognition and stimulate their own psychological health care on the one hand; helpful to enhance university students' competence to handle and eliminate frustration and improve their psychological enduring ability on the other hand, providing powerful guarantee for their healthy growth.
