不同种子处理对玉米幼苗性状的影响

将中单2号玉米种子在播种前进行不同处理,反复高温浸种8h、自来水浸种24h和600倍KH_2PO_4浸种8h,三处理的出叶时间有所提前,而出苗率以反复高温浸种8h最高(96％)。反复高温浸种8h处理在各叶龄期的茎直径、单株根干重、根冠比均表现较高;而株高、单株叶面积和地上部干重仅稍低于各叶龄期最高值。为此可以认为,反复高漫浸种8h不失为一种培育玉米壮苗的简单而快捷的实用方法。

Effects of Different Treatments of Seeds on Properties of Maize Seedlings

Zhongdan No.2 maize seeds were treated in three different ways before sowing,namely, continual soaking for 8 hours under high temperature,soaking in tap water for 24 hours,and soaking for 8 hours with KH2PO4 solution of 600 folds.The date of leafing was shifted earlier,but the rate of emergence reached the highest if soaked continually for 8 hours under high temperature(96%).Stock diameter,dry stock weight of a single plant,and root cap were great at different foliage stages if the seeds were soaked continually for 8 hours under high temperature.Height of plants,leaf area of a singly plant, and dry trunk weight were slightly lower than the best number at each foliage stage.So we conclude that the treatment of continual soaking for 8 hours under high temperature is a simple,quick and practical way to grow strong maize seedlings.
