安徽省城乡结合部社区体育文化建设现状调查分析

采用访谈法、问卷调查法等对新型城镇化进程中安徽省城乡结合部社区体育文化建设的现状进行调查分析。结果表明:在物质文化建设方面,社区体育文化建设的资金主要是由体育行政部门提供的体育彩票公益金和政府拨款,社区体育场地、设施配套及利用情况不容乐观,专业体育指导员的匮乏制约了社区体育文化的建设,社区体育有形展示不足;在制度建设方面,没有建立专门的社区体育文化建设管理机构,社区体育发展规划没有得到实际建设,社区体育活动呈现无组织状态;在精神文化建设方面,社区居民对社区体育的功能认识情况一般,社区居民参与社区体育文化活动的意愿强烈。从提高政府财政投入比例、加强社区体育人才的培养、加强宣传积极的体育道德风尚等方面提出安徽省城乡结合部社区体育文化建设的几点对策。

Analysis on the Current Situation of the Construction of the Community Sports Culture in the Urban-Suburban-Integration Area of Anhui Province

This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of community sports culture in the urban and rural areas in Anhui province. The results show that the construction of material culture, the funds for the construction of community sports culture is mainly provided by sports lottery welfare fund and government appropriation of administrative departments. Community sports venues, facilities and utilization situation are not optimistic, and the lack of professional sports instructors restricts the community sports culture construction of URIA in Anhui province. In the aspect of institutional culture construction, there is no management organization for special community sports culture construction, so the community sports development planning does not realize which causes community sports activities unorganized. In the aspect of spiritual culture construction, community residents have no full understanding of community sports function, and community residents have a strong desire to participate in community sports activities. This paper is to put forward some countermeasures of URIA community sports culture construction in Anhui province from the aspects of increasing the proportion of government financial input, strengthening community sports talents training, and reinforcing the promotion of positive sports ethics
