Applying Comparative Advantage Strategy to Enhance the Development of China's West

This paper introduces the theory of dynamic comparative advantage first, then brings forth the developing strategy for western regions based on the analysis of the comparative advantage of China's western regions. Special emphasis is given to the restricting factors and dynamics when achieving comparative advantage, and the prerequisite of speeding up western China's development is a sustainable development.
