| 摘 要： | 随着现代篮球运动的不断发展,比赛越来越激烈,攻守转换速度也越来越快,篮板球的争夺已成为获得控制球权、增加进攻次数和发动快攻的重要手段,更是攻守转换的关键,所以篮板球技术的教学与训练已成为篮球课堂教学的重点。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of modern basketball game,the match is becoming more and more fierce.The speed of attack and defense is also faster and faster.Seizing the rebound has been the important means of gaining the right of controlling the basketball,increasing the times of attacking and launching an immediate attack.What is more,it is the key to shift between attack and defense.So the teaching and training on the skill of seizing the rebound have become the focal points of basketball classroom teaching. |
