《旅游法》实施背景下黄金周旅游者消费行为调查分析

摘    要:以黄金周旅游者为研究对象,通过问卷调查《旅游法》的实施对其消费行为的影响,以了解《旅游法》的实施效果,并对黄金周旅游市场的规范和发展提供建议。研究发现:黄金周旅游者对《旅游法》的了解程度较低,并且对其实施效果也较缺乏信心;《旅游法》实施后导致"旅游合同中有关小费问题的规定"与黄金周旅游者支付方式存在差异。提出了加强对旅游者进行普法宣传,并规范《旅游法》的释义以及制定其实施细则的建议。

Abstract:Based on the questionnaire survey on tourists for their consuming behavior changes after the promulgating of The Tourism Law, this article focus on the response of market to the promulgating of The Tourism Law during golden week, which can provide scientific suggestion for government. Results show that the tourists in golden week know little about The Tourism Law, and they have no confidence to it; the difference for tipping between The Tourism Law and the tourists exist. This article provides suggestions to enhancing the popularization of The Tourism Law and regulating and putting detail plans for its explanation.
