基于Kano 模型的城市综合公园儿童活动场地综合评价及提升策略

在对成都市综合公园儿童活动场地进行全面调查的基础上,确定了影响使用者满意度评价的20个因素,并通过AHP构建了成都市综合公园儿童活动场地评价指标体系。基于场地使用者的满意度和重要度评价结果探讨了Kano模型在成都市综合公园儿童活动场地评价指标修正权重中的应用。结果表明:休息设施数量、娱乐设施数量、娱乐设施种类、服务设施完善程度、儿童科普教育等指标是需要优先提升的因素,这与访谈法、实地调查等定性调查方法结果相一致。最后针对该评价结果,提出相应的改进策略。

The Evaluation and Improvement Strategies on Children's Activity Sites in theComprehensive Parks in Chengdu Based on Kano Model Theory

Based on the survey about children''s spaces in the comprehensive parks in Chengdu, the paper firstly analyzes 20 factors concerning users'' satisfaction evaluation and establishes the evaluation index system for children''s spaces in the comprehensive parks in Chengdu by AHP. Then the paper discusses the application of Kano model in the index revision weight for the evaluation on children''s spaces in the comprehensive parks in Chengdu based on the satisfaction degrees and the important evaluation results. The result shows that the quantity of the recreational facilities, the diversity of the entertainment facilities, the improvement of the service facilities and children''s science education are the primary concerns, which is consistent with the result from interviews and field investigations. In the end, the paper puts forward some improvement strategies according to the evaluation results.
