| Abstract: | The thesis analysed some mutual actions between the risk investmententerprise and the private high- tech enterprise by game theory and pointed outthatitcan promote the cooperation pleasantly between the two sides by lowering the extentcostof technology,building the sound reputation mechanism,perfect- ing the law system and improving the enterpriser's quality which we are concerning. |
