摘    要:应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,采用棱边有限元方法,对大电流母线桥进行了三维涡流场的计算,得到了磁感应强度和电磁力的大小及其在母线桥中的分布规律;通过与母线桥正常运行时的实测数据对比,验证了计算模型的有效性和计算结果的可靠性,并在此基础上研究了不同工作电流、母线相间距离对磁感应强度和电磁力的影响.仿真结果表明:磁感应强度和电磁力随着工作电流的增大而增大;减小母线相间距离使得各相母线间的电磁力增大,而箱体上的电磁力减小.

Abstract:The finite element analysis software, ANSYS, was used to simulate the 3D eddy current field of heavy current three-phase bus bar bridge through edge finite element method. The distribution characters of magnetic flux density and electromagnetic force in the system were obtained. Through the comparison between the calculation results and the measured results, the reliability of the calculation is validated. The influence of the operating current, the space between three-phase bus bars on electro-magnetic parameters, especially the magnetic flux density and electromagnetic force, were studied. The calculation results show that the magnetic flux density and electromagnetic force are in direct proportion to the operating currents, and with the reducing of space between bus bars, the electromagnetic force on bus bars increases whereas the force on steel boxes decreases.
