模糊聚类学习算法在连续搅拌反应釜(CSTR)系统动态建模中的应用

摘    要:针对化工生产过程中一类强非线性对象的动态建模问题,采用模糊最近邻聚类学习算法对这类对象中有代表性的CSTR系统进行了模拟动态建模.仿真结果表明效果良好,且从算法的简便性、收敛性及运算速度上来说,优于一般的模糊辨识和神经网络辨识算法.从模型简化的思想出发,文中还对传统算法进行了适当的改进,使模型和模型的泛化特性得到了进一步简化和加强

Abstract:In order to solve the dynamic modeling for a kind of object with strong nonlinear in chemical production, a kind of fuzzy identification method fuzzy nearest neighbour clustering learning was used for the representative system CSTR. Better simulation result was got. This method is superior to the general methods of fuzzy and neural network identification in briefness, astringency and calculating speed. From the viewpoint of model simplifying, the new result is simpler than the old one, and its character of generalization is also stronger than ever. All the results were confirmed by a simulation test.
