| 摘 要： | 以桑塔纳轿车侧围装配为主线，建立了整个车体装置关系树，按照装配关系树各层之间的拓扑结构，综合各个柔性件在装配过程中的变形特征及焊接工夹具等因素，建立了车体装配误差传递关系，导出了柔性件装配误差的值和均方差的计算公式，比较了多柔性件串联和并联装置配过程中的误差累积，对两个柔性件在串联装配时的误差进行了数值分析，实例证明，本研究方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | A multi- leveled assembly relation tree was developed from Santana's side body assembly pro- cess. According to the topological assembly structure and autobody assembly deformation characteristics, the variation transmitting relation and the formula for mean deviation and variance of the assembly were obtained.The variation of multi- flexible autobody in serial and parallel assembly was studied respectively. At the end,one case study was presented to demonstrate the implementation of the proposed variation analysis method. |
