摘    要:针对目前在研究冷挤压孔边残余应力时,大都采用基于厚壁圆筒的轴对称小变形、平面应力状态、孔边受力为均布载荷等假设所带来的不足,提出了在三维真实模型状态下,考虑衬套对孔边受力的影响、试件在厚度方向上的应力差异等因素.研究了带衬套挤压件在加载、卸载及疲劳拉伸载荷状态下的应力分布,并和无衬套挤压时的状态进行比较,从机理上揭示了带衬套挤压在改善试件抗疲劳性能方面的优势所在.

Abstract:In order to overcome the shortages resulted from hypothesis of small deformation in radial symmetry based on thick wall cylinder,plane stress and uniform pressure about residual stress around cold expanded hole,a new model was proposed which takes into consideration the effect of split sleeve,the different states along thick direction of specimen.The stress distributions under load or unload as well as under fatigue tension with or without split sleeve were studied,so as to reveal the advantage of coldworking with split sleeve.
