摘    要:汽车覆盖件拉深模工艺补充部分和压料面设计是一个设计边界条件以确保成形顺利实现的创造性过程.提出了基于事例的汽车覆盖件成形CAD的总体设计思想和设计流程,建立了覆盖件拉深模工艺补充部分和压料面的截面特征库,探讨了基于变量化技术的工艺补充部分和压料面的设计方法.并通过数值仿真对全顺汽车翼子板零件拉深模工艺补充部分和压料面设计的可行性进行了验证.

Abstract:Addendum and binder surface design for automotive panel drawing die is a creative process for designing boundary conditions to ensure the forming feasibility. General design ideas about case based computer aided design method was introduced to devise automotive panel forming process. The design procedure of automotive panel forming process was also given. The section feature base was set up to design addendum and binder surface. The design method based on variational technology was discussed. Addendum and binder surface of Transit fender panel was designed by this method. The feasibility of the design result was testified by FEM simulation.
