双重道德风险下帕累托有效的供应链合约

针对信息不对称所产生的双重道德风险问题,研究了业界广泛使用的产品回购合约对供应链整体绩效的影响.通过构建二级供应链并使用三阶段博弈来刻画合约签订的决策过程,得到了实现帕累托有效合约的必要条件,并给出了具体算例.研究结果表明,在适度的市场风险下,供应链上下游企业之间能够签订一份在完全信息条件下才能达到的帕累托最优合约.

On Pareto-Efficient Contract with Double Moral Hazard in Supply Chain

In order to solve the double moral hazard problem due to incomplete information,an impact on the performance of supply chain by buy-back contract was studied.Some properties are found by describing the decision-making process of the contract through constructing a two-level supply chain model and using three-stage game theory.The research shows that in moderate uncertainty the Pareto-efficient contract in complete information can be achieved between firms in supply chain.
