金刚石砂轮的激光修整技术

摘    要:利用CO2连续激光器进行了激光修锐树脂结合剂和黄铜结合剂金刚石砂轮的试验,在VH-800三维数字显微镜观察激光作用前后金刚石砂轮表面的微观形貌,对激光作用下砂轮表面不同结合剂材料的去除机理进行了分析.考察了砂轮修锐前后表面峰点高度分布的变化,比较了不同激光参数作用下不同的修锐效果.实验证明了激光技术应用于金刚石砂轮的修锐是可行的,激光对不同结合剂砂轮进行修锐时存在一个合适的修锐参数范围,在这个范围内,激光修锐可以获得较好的效果.

Abstract:Experiments on dressing resin and copper bonded diamond grind wheels by means of continuous wave CO_2 laser were carried out. The diamond wheel topographies before and after laser scanning were observed by VH-800 series three-dimension digital microscope. The mechanism of removing bond materials was analyzed. The wheel profiles before and after dressing were observed. The results of laser dressing under different process parameters were compared. The experimental results show that it is feasible that application of laser technologies to dress diamond wheel. By properly selecting laser heating parameters and dressing conditions, high-quality dressing can be achieved.
