合作过程中的二人沟通数学模型及应用

提出了一个需要互相合作情况下的一般的二人沟通模型．模型将整个沟通的过程分为8个步骤，引入交叉熵来度量两人谈话的和谐程度，在和谐度量的基础上引入了沟通模型的2个理论假设．在建立了二人沟通模型的过程、和谐函数度量、理论假设之后，研究了各种不同情景沟通的策略．运用过程化和数量化的方法，模型为研究沟通过程和解决实际工作中的沟通障碍提供了有益的帮助．

A Two-Person Communication Model and Its Application under Cooperation

A two-person communication model under cooperation environment was established.The model divides the process of communication into eight steps.The harmony of the talking of the two-person is measured by cross entropy.Together with the measure,the model has two assumptions.Based on the process,the measure of harmony and the assumptions of the model,the strategies of communication were systematically studied.Adopting the communication process and quantitative technology,the communication model helps to study the process of communication and resolve the communication barriers in work.
