马氏体相变与形状记忆材料

摘    要:综述由马氏体相变导致具有形状记忆效应材料的一些特性,涉及热弹性马氏体相变热力学;Ms温度的热力学计算;各类材料包括Ni-Ti,Cu-基合金,Fe-Mn-Si基合金、以及含ZrO2陶瓷的形状记忆效应,并对形状记忆材料的发展作了瞻望。

Abstract:Characteristics of materials possessing the shape memory effect induced by the martensitic transformations are summarized, including thermodynamics of thermoelastic martensitic transformation, thermodynamic calculation of Ms temperature, the shape memory effect of various materials such as Ni-Ti, Cu-based, Fe-Mn-St-based alloys and ceramics containing ZrO2, as well as the perspective in development of shape memory materials is introducted.
