115万kW超大型核电透平机组的静力分析

摘    要:首次尝试确定具有11个液膜动力轴承的115万kW超大型核电站透平发电机转子系统的静挠度、轴应力和支承反力的分布.使用有限元方法对该系统建立计算模型,计算和分析了轴承竖向对中状态的变化对支承反力和轴应力分布的影响.在正常运行速度和一定范围的轴承载荷下,计算了诸液膜轴承的刚度和阻尼系数以及液膜压力分布,并计及基础柔性.根据测量到的运行速度下诸轴承塞油孔动压力,预测和估算支承反力的分布,为动力分析打下基础.

Abstract:This paper deals with the determination of the static deflections, shaft stress distribution, and bearing reaction forces for a 1150 MW 11-bearing nuclear turbine-generator system. A computer model for this large and complicated system was developed by using the finite element method. The effects of various vertical bearing alignments on the bearing reactions and shaft stress distribution were computed and analyzed by means of finite element techniques. The fluid film bearing stiffness and damping coefficients and bearing pressure profiles were computed for a range of bearing loads, including foundation flexibility for a range of operating parameters. Bearing reaction loads are estimated on the basis of the observed hydrodynamically generated jacking oil hole pressures measured at various bearings at running speed.
