颅脑空化损伤中头皮影响的模拟研究

摘    要:利用头-颈模拟装置、撞击载荷和压力响应测试系统,考察了橡胶垫和模拟头皮对载荷响应及颅内压力响应的影响.结果表明,具有压缩蠕变性的模拟头皮明显地降低了颅内液的压力响应值.颅内明胶实验还表明,对侧点负压值降低但内部负压值仍保持.

Abstract:With a head-neck experimental device, the effect of the rubber pad and simulated scalp on the load response and dynamic pressure in the shell was observed. The results showed that the simulated scalp with the compressive creep significently reduced the pressure response of the water in the shell. The result of the gelatin experiment showed that the negative pressure value in the contrecoup position was lowered but that in the internal position was retained. The implication of these results is discussed in this paper.
