| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the basic principls of the automatic resonance adjustment of the arc-suppression coil with an on-load tap-changer. According to the arc-extinguishing condition, the permissive resonance deviation and the corresponding tap number of the coil are considered. The method of automatic resonance adjustment by a microprocessor is discribed. Finally, some field experimental results are also presented. |
