混合动力电动轿车前舱热管理

摘    要:采用有限元方法对一混合动力电动轿车(HEV)前舱的三维流场及温度场进行了热管理分析计算.根据前舱各关键部件的热特性以及车用环境,研究前舱中空气的流动与传热性能的静动态发展过程、规律,分析系统各种响应之间的因果关系,为热管理系统集成优化设计提供基本依据.通过实验数据验证了该有限元建模和仿真的正确性.

Abstract:Using finite element method(FEM),the 3-D fluid and thermal analysis of the fore-cabin of a hybrid electric vehicle was discussed.From the characters of key components in the fore-cabin and the control of automotive thermal environment,the aerial flow and the development,rules of automotive-type heat exchangers were studied and the consequence of all key components' actions was analyzed,which provide the gist of design for the integration and optimization of thermal management systems.At the same time,the test results can prove the validity of the model and the analysis.
