基于资源观与风险观的中外联盟企业策略差异

阐述了资源观与风险观在国际战略联盟中的涵义,并以此为基础构建资源-风险二维分析框架,探讨了资源与风险两类关键因素对国际战略联盟中中外企业各自战略定位和策略选择的影响.研究结果表明:向联盟贡献技术和管理资源的国外企业当面临高关系风险时应当关注技术安全和联盟管理权,但当面临较高绩效风险时则应当关注技术与管理资源的产出效率;相反,向联盟贡献物质和关系资源的国内企业当面临高关系风险时应当关注联盟稳定,但当面临较高绩效风险时则应当关注联盟学习.

Research on Difference in Policy-Choosing between the Two Partners in Sino-foreign Alliance Based on Resource View and Risk View

This paper expounded the meanings of resource-view and risk-view in internationally strategic alliance,and then constructed a resource-risk model to analyze the difference on policy-choosing in alliance between overseas company and Chinese domestic enterprise.The results show that,overseas companies who contribute technology and management resource to alliance will pay much attention to technology safety and control right of alliance when there is high relationship risk,but they will emphasize output of technology and management resource when there is high performance risk.On the contrary,Chinese domestic companies who provide tangible resource and relationship resource will insure alliance stabilization when there is high relationship risk,but they will enhance alliance learning when there is high performance risk.
