基于有限元法的轿车发动机罩板轻量化设计

摘    要:以某型多功能乘用车为对象,结合材料替换与结构改进对该车的发动机罩内、外板进行轻量化设计,同时解决了实车碰撞试验中发动机罩铰链发生断裂的问题.轻量化设计的发动机罩板满足了静态刚度设计要求及整车耐撞安全性能,验证了轻量化方案的可行性.发动机罩内、外板的减重效果分别为46.38%和50.18%.

Abstract:With the prototype of an MPV, this paper addresses the research on the stiffness cutting of bonnet, including inner and outer panel, with the combinative method of light material replacement and structure optimization. Meanwhile the problem of hinge rupture during the crash test is solved. The bonnet with lightweight design satisfies the requirements of static stiffness and crashworthiness performante of full vehicle. The lightweight method is verifi reduction effect of inner panel and outer panel of the ed and satisfactory weight reduction is obtained. The bonnet are 46. 38% and 50.18% respectively.
