数控机床神经元自适应位置控制算法

摘    要:在传统PID控制器的基础上,基于神经元的自学习特性,提出了适用于数控机床位置伺服控制的神经元控制器。该算法的特点是不需要系统建模,结构简单,控制参数实时自适应调节,运算简单,适用于工程实际应用。仿真和数控机床伺服系统的实时控制实验表明,当受控对象的运行环境未知时,该自适应控制算法仍然有效。

Abstract:Based on the feature of neuron self learning, a neuron based adaptive controller was proposed for the position servo control of CNC machine tools. The algorithm has an outstanding feature that the identification of system models is no longer necessary. Moreover, the simplicity of calculation makes the algorithm suitable for practical engineering application. A simulation research was also given. The control algorithm is applied to the real time control of position servo system of a CNC machine tool. The excellent experimental results illustrate the high effectiveness of the neuron based controller.
