涡旋压缩机双圆弧修正的解析法设计及误差分析

摘    要:用传统的图解法设计涡旋齿的双圆弧修正时存在较大的设计误差,提出了解析法设计,得出了修正齿形参数间的通用关系式和修正圆弧方程,推导了修正涡旋齿的轴向投影面积和任意曲轴转角下的各压缩腔及中心腔容积的精确计算公式。对图解法设计进行了误差分析,结果表明:在由图解法设计的修正涡旋齿中,其圆弧段的啮合间隙误差已接近0.01mm,难以满足涡旋齿啮合的高精度要求,应采用解析法进行型线修正设计。

Abstract:As traditional graphical method to design wrap profile modification using twin-circular arcs has higher design error, an analytical design method was proposed. General formulas of modification parameters of modified wrap head as well as equations of modification circular arcs were given. Accurate expressions for calculating axial projective area of modified wrap and every working chambers volume in different angular positions of crankshaft were derived. The error of graphical design method was also analyzed, and the result shows that the circular arcs' meshing clearance error of modified wrap designed by graphical method is up to 0.01mm. Therefore, the graphical method is difficult to meet with the high precise (demands) of the meshing of scroll wrap, and it is necessary to apply analytical method to design modified wrap.
