摘    要:在产品可装配性评估方法和模型的基础上发展了产品可再制造性评价的模型,模型包括技术性和经济性两大模块。技术性模块用来评价产品可再制造在技术上的可行性和可行度,它是根据再制造的8个工艺过程:拆卸、清洗、检查、修理、修复、替换、检测、装配,同时消除了这8个工艺之间的重叠性,提出了零件联结、质量确保、恢复和清洗4个独立的评价准则。这4个方面形成一个指数(指数1);考虑到重点零件的成本高,是否替换在再制造中起到举足轻重的作用,因而它又是单独作为一个指数来考虑(指数2)。由指数1和指数2得到技术性指数,经济性指数只取0和1,代表再制造在经济上是否可行,可再制造性指数由技术性指数和经济性指数相乘得到。在收集大量数据和试验的基础上,通过对某型发动机的可再制造性系统的研究和评价,验证了该模型的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:This paper developed an assessment model for remanufacturability based on the assemblability-assessing model developed by Boothroyd and Dewhurst. The model and methodology is of sense not only to the remanufaeturability of motors but also to those of other durable products. It consists of two modular constructions. One is technological module, which involves the feasibility of remanufaeturing on technological view. The other is economical module, which involves that of remanufacturing on economical view. And the remanufaeturability index can be gained by multiplying the technological index and economical index that are respectively gained from technological module and economical one. The remanufacturability of a certain automobile motor based on the model and collected data was assessed and the result indicates that the model is effective and practical.
